BOCA annual dues are $120/ household per year. You may pay this in one lump sum or break this down into two 6-month payments. We hope that you will pay your membership dues soon for it will help us budget for the rest of 2023.

The BOCA board has voted to create a budget where we divide the annual BOCA dues in the following manner: 90% of our dues will go toward off duty security patrol and 10% will go toward operating costs and other projects. In 2023, this will consist of membership drive flyers, website development, yard signs and potentially social events.
All NEW members who pay their annual or semi-annual dues in 2023 will receive a BOCA member yard sign. Dues paying members may also enroll in our VACATION WATCH program. Please learn more about this program under our activities page.
BOCA ceased off duty police patrol in 2017 due to lack of funding for the neighborhood association. Due to our efforts to revitalize the association in 2018, we are proud to announce that off duty patrol has returned to our neighborhood.
In 2022, BOCA averaged 25 hours a month for off duty patrol.
Given that we have over 250 homes in our neighborhood, our 2023 membership goal is get to 100 dues paying households. This would allow the neighborhood association to provide 35 hours/month of off duty security patrol As more members begin paying their dues, we can increase our off-duty patrol hours and increase the likelihood of making a greater impact on neighborhood security issues. Again, please consider becoming a dues paying member to help us with these efforts!
The cost is $120/year. This cost includes transaction fees. If you would prefer to save the transaction fees, then you can mail a check made out to BOCA.

Go the extra mile for Broussard Oaks Civic Association! Make an extra donation in any dollar increment to help BOCA. Let us know what you want your donation to go toward. For example, extra security patrol, Neighborhood Watch signs, little library, social event, etc…
If you are a new member, a BOCA yard sign comes with your first yearly membership.
This is only for existing members who need a replacement yard sign because it is broken or has disappeared. Once you order a sign, our secretary will deliver it to your yard within the week.
If your sign is just dirty or full of mildew, some simple dish soap will make it look all new again. Please give that a try before placing a replacement order.
