Broussard Civic Association was founded in 1986 by a group of home owners who wanted to ensure the residential integrity and safety of our neighborhood. Each street in our civic association was represented by a block captain within the organization which still holds true today. In 2017, the members voted to change the name to Broussard Oaks Civic Association.
